Born in Germany in 1965, I discovered my passion for photography in the early 80's. My very first Camera was a Nikon EM with a 50mm Lens, and I started to learn how to create a picture old school.
“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment
that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
— Karl Lagerfeld
After graduating in 1987, I worked in the Photography-Retail industry for almost 14 Years, served in the German Air force (Deutsche Luftwaffe) from 1986 - 1987, moved to the United States in 2002 and became a proud citizen of this great country in May of 2015. Since then I lived in Georgia, Louisiana and Texas.
Besides Photography I love Baseball and riding my 2009 Harley Davidson Road King.
In 2012 I provided most of the photography for the Cajun Cook book,
"Cajun Cuisine and More" by James Pumpelly. (aka Paul Raphael)
